Nick and Dominique bring a wealth of experience in care, education, emotional well-being and outdoor adventure. After 12 years as a Registered Manager, Nick now provides independent Ofsted support, helping residential and supported-living services strengthen practice through practical, young-person centred development.
Dominique is a qualified Mental Health Nurse, passionate about trauma-informed care and training that supports Adults’ well-being, reflective practice and supervision.
New for 2026
With over 20 years of outdoor experience, Nick is delivering a series of specialist weekends and breaks designed to build confidence, independence and positive life skills.
Alongside our work in the UK, we’ve also supported organisations overseas — including in the UAE — working alongside teams to help shape high-standard homes where support is safe, consistent and truly young-person centred.
We’re introducing outdoor enrichment and specialist breaks for young people who want to broaden their horizons, explore their adventurous side, and strengthen future work prospects. It’s a natural next step — and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Nick brings over 12 years’ experience as a Registered Manager and Responsible Individual, with a consistent record of Good and Outstanding outcomes.
Alongside this, he has extensive international experience managing expeditions and overseas operations within travel and accommodation. This has built a strong understanding of culture, ethos, and how to lead teams respectfully across different settings.
Dominique is a qualified Mental Health Nurse, bringing a clear focus on trauma-informed practice, staff well-being, and reflective supervision — supporting Adults to feel confident, supported, and equipped to deliver great care.
